A harmonic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot with distinctive personality.

Wine Description

Otazu Reserva Clásico (D.O. Navarra) is a blend of 40% Tempranillo, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, made with grapes manually harvested from our selected vineyards, in 15kg cases in order to maintain the quality of the fruit until it is pressed.

The winemaking started with a double-sorting table of the bunches and grapes, after which the grapes were fermented in 100hl wooden vats at 28ºC, followed by a malolactic fermentation in the same vats. The resulting wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 36 months in bottle
