An interesting combination of the nerve of Sauvignon Blanc and the serenity provided by ageing in the best barrels over fine lees.

Tasting Notes

Lovely yellow green. The nose is intense, with just the right amount of wood. Tropical fruit and apples combined with delicate notes of honey and vanilla.

On the palate, the wine is greasy and voluptuous. Refreshing acidity. It offers an ubiquitous delicate flavour of fruit with subtle hints of oak.
