Otazu Premium Cuvée 2019 (D.O.Navarra) is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), Merlot (33%) and Tempranillo (32%). Each grape variety was harvested separately in October 2019 and fermented at 28ºC to maintain its typical varietal aromas, followed by an aging of 12 months in French oak barrels from different forests.
This red wine exhibits a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it is dominated by wild red and black fruit aromas with some balsamic, coffee, spicy and cacao notes on the background. This is an intense, elegant, round and fresh wine on the palate.
