Wine Description

Separate harvest of the different varieties in October. Maceration at 28 degrees C to keep the aromas of each variety

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels coming from different forests.

Tasting Notes

Depp cherry-red color, with a reddish trimming

On the nose it presents red-fruit notes on a spicy background with subtle notes.

In the mouth is a fresh wine, silky and with a volume. A long lasting end where fruity aromas return.

Red meat, small hunting, tuna, any kind of cheeses, risottos, black chocolate.
