Made from a careful selection of grapes of the Merlot variety.
The grape maturity is monitored and the harvest is made once the maximum balance has been achieved between the grape components. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. The fermentation is performed at a controlled temperature of 25 ºC. The grapes are then left to macerate for 10 – 12 days, depending on condition. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation has been completed, the wine is stabilised and then bottled.
Colour: a cherry-red wine with purple hues.
Aromas: complex, highly-varietal aromas and notes of ripe dark berries.
Mouth: well-structured, sweet and fruity in the mouth. Dark berries and very tasty sweet tannins giving it a round, pleasant and very intense finish.
