Piedemonte Rosé has been made exclusively from Garnacha grapes.
These grapes come from our own members Vineyards where they ripen under the Spanish sun on a chalky-clay soil with low rainfall conditions, which promote the growth of the highest quality grapes.
After the must has been separated by the traditional “bleeding” method, where must and skins are allowed to separate by gravity, it is then raked off the solids and undergoes a controlled fermentation at 15ºC-18ºC in stainless-steels vats.
A bright, intense strawberry-red wine, with purple hues.
Clean, fruity nose, with notes of ripe red berries, particularly strawberries.
Round and flavoursome in the mouth. Big and fruity with a lightly acidic finish.
