Wine Description

Made from a careful selection of grapes of the Chardonnay variety.

The Chardonnay vineyards are located on stony soils on the sunny hill sides of the Ribera area in southern Navarra. These vineyards have average yields of 6500 kg/ha, with compact clusters formed by small sized berries.

The grape ripening is monitored in order to harvest at the optimal time with regard to quality and condition. Following a brief maceration in press, the grape must ferments in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures of between 10 to 15 ºC. This creates a fresh wine with considerable aromatic potential.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow, bright. Very intense, ripe fruit combining ripe fruit (bananas and pineapples) with citrus aromas that give it freshness. This glyceric wine with a sweet entry is ample and rounded, with notes of ripe fruit and honey. A touch of acidity gives it freshness and balance in the mouth, making it long and mature yet fresh and well-balanced.

Awards:  Silver medal at Mundus Vini 2017.
