Wine Description

Made from a careful selection of grapes of the Viura, Chardonnay and small grain Muscatel.

The Bodegas Piedemonte vineyards from which these grapes are sourced, are located in non-irrigated areas of Olite (Viura and Muscatel) and on the stony soils of the sunny hill slopes in the Ribera area of southern Navarra (Chardonnay).

By monitoring ripeness, it is possible to harvest the grapes once their components have reached the maximum balance and the grapes are in optimal condition.

Following a brief maceration in press, the grape must is fermented separately in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures of between 10 to 15 ºC.

Once the separate alcoholic fermentation of the grape must has been completed, then the coupage is made in order to create a fresh wine with a great aromatic potential.

Tasting Notes

Colour: straw yellow. Bright.
Aromas: intense and fresh, combining white fruit with tropical and floral notes.
Mouth: with a sweet entry, this fresh wine has marked citrus notes with hints of ripe fruit.

Food pairing: White fish and shellfish, white meats, rice and pasta. Fresh cheese assortment, salads and creamed vegetables.
