Javier Ochoa created this style of rose in 1992 to make the best rose he could make. And achieved it by winning all the awards. 2015 vintage awarded best rose of Spain.
Great rosé made by the traditional “sangrado” method to extract its beautiful color. It is a rose with wonderful
fruit structure, mineral and floral touch that makes the perfect balance. Grapes from Estate El Bosque.
To the eye: a pretty light bright pink, with slight purple tones which reveal its youth.
On the nose: predominant fresh aromas of red berries, red currants, strawberries.
In the mouth: long and complex, a very fruity compendium of red berries and freshly-picked strawberries. Its well-structured tannins suggest it will age well.
