Cool, north-facing soil gives small grapes with an unbeatable concentration of sugar balanced against good acidity.
The Valley's predominantly northern winds provide ventilation for the grapes, highly appreciated in this variety.

Tasting Notes

Pretty gentle purple colour. Notes of ground coffee, white chocolate, plums and sweet cherry. Medium body, good acidity and a final elegance in the mouth that is hard to find in wines as young as this.
