The vineyards are located on the bank of Navarre, in the foothills of the Iberian ridge, under the influence of the Moncayo.
The grape comes from 60-year-old vineyards.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks using native yeasts from the vineyard itself, controlling the temperature at 30ºC. The total duration of maceration was 30 days.
It was then passed to French (70%) and American oak barrels (30%), and remained for 16 months. During the breeding it was carried 4 times. After bottling it remained in the bottle for 12 months before being put on sale.
Intense cherry color with purple borders.
On the nose, notes of wild berries and bottoms of the roasting of the wood, aromas of black fruits (plums) are also perceived in their best seasoning point and floral reminiscences.
In the mouth it is round with a fruity load well seasoned and fresh acidity. Tasty and persistent in retronasal
