Wine Description

The Tempranillo were collected in the second half of September, the Garnacha  was harvested the second half of October and the end of October the Mazuelo..

The grapes have been crushed - stemmed, and transferred to vitrified concrete tanks. The fermentation temperature was controlled at 30 °C, remaining in maceration for twenty-five days to obtain the structure, color and aroma.

Next, after the decuvé, the wine was transferred to fine American oak barrels where it aged for twelve months to acquire its personality and nobility of the aging. The wine was bottled after this and remained 12 months in the bottle cellar.
