The Tempranillo were collected in the second half of September, the Garnacha was harvested the second half of October and the end of October the Mazuelo..
The grapes have been crushed - stemmed, and transferred to vitrified concrete tanks. The fermentation temperature was controlled at 30 °C, remaining in maceration for twenty-five days to obtain the structure, color and aroma.
Next, after the decuvé, the wine was transferred to fine American oak barrels where it aged for twelve months to acquire its personality and nobility of the aging. The wine was bottled after this and remained 12 months in the bottle cellar.
Appearance: Clean and bright ruby red with good cover.
Aroma: Clean nose with aromas of ripe fruit, dairy and spices, with hints of quality oak.

Palate: Savory, balance between the aging and mature fruit with hints of toasted oak. Pleasant run through and well structured.
