Wine Description

The vineyards are located on the bank of Navarre, in the foothills of the Iberian ridge, under the influence of the Moncayo.

The grape comes from 60-year-old vineyards.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeast to the vineyard itself, controlling the temperature at 30ºC. The total duration of maceration was 25 days.

It was passed to American oak barrels and permanent 14 months in the barrel and moved 4 times. After bottling it remained in the bottle for 12 months before being put on sale.

Tasting Notes

Cherry color trimmed with dark maroon tones.

In nose, aromas of skins of great maceration and fruit of the Grenache variety that are exalted with the contributions of the noble barrels.

In the mouth it is fine, elegant and unctuous. Long persistence in retronasal.
