200 ha of own vineyard in Rioja with an average of 60 years, 35 Ha above 90 years. 130 Ha of controlled vineyard. 100% ecological agriculture for more than 20 years, use of organic fertilizers, pheromones, no fertilizer or chemical pesticide.
Elaboration: Manual harvesting and selection in the vineyard. Grape selection machine incorporated in 2013, only 2 in Spain. Gravity reassembly system, we do not use pumps for the reassembly, all through Ovis. Long macerations of between 25 and 35 days.
More than 6,000 barrels (50% French, 40% American, 10% Central European). Marketing: Exporting for more than 30 years. Presence in more than 25 countries.
The logistics center is located in Pradejón, facilitating the loading of all O.D products in a single warehouse.
