This wine was made with Tempranillo grapes. Fermentation lasted for over ten days, with daily pumping over the cap and at a controlled temperature of 27 ºC. Maceration was not excessive, in order to maintain the fruity character. The wine was held for 4 months in 300 litre American barrels to refine the structure but without giving it too much wood.
An intense fruity aroma (berries and small wild berries) gives a feeling of freshness and mature fruit … Medium - light bodied and a splendid balance, it
is not lacking in character and power ful flavour, and it is highly expressive in aromas in the follow-through. A simple, direct, very pleasant young red wine".
