Wine Description

To make this wine, the first step is to select the grape juice to be fermented in new barrels made with Allier oak staves, followed by a 6 month ageing process in these same barrels. The wine is then bottled and stored in the cellar in optimal temperature and humidity conditions to complete the 36 months.

Tasting Notes

Visually, the golden yellow colour stands out over the rest, clean and bright. Complex nose, with a combination of toasted aromas from the new barrel predominating over a background of mature fruit of the varietal. Certain touch of honey. This wine is very sweet, powerful, full of sensations, very lingering finish.
