Outstanding blend of the best Cabernet Sauvignon&Merlot from the Otazu single-state. Complexity and elegance.

Wine Description

A blend of a special selection of the best grapes from our vineyards, manually harvested by plot. Cold maceration for one week before alcoholic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged during 18 months in French oak barrels from the Allier forest, followed by 60 months aging in the bolttle.

Tasting Notes

Dark, garnet-red with a ruby rim color, very deep and bright

Very complex nose dominated by mineral notes, ripe dark fruit, truffles, subtle balsamic hints and cedar

Well-structured, firm, and elegant mouth feeling. This is a full-bodied wine with a long finish
