Wine Description

Made by the traditional free running method of red grapes after cold maceration for 1 hour to fully respect the quality of the fruit and maintain the personality and particularity of the grape variety. Following clarification, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 

Tasting Notes

Pink Salmon color with low intensity, very lively and bright.

Fresh and fruity nose with citrus notes such as orange peel.

Medium-bodied wine with a pleasant freshness, followed by citrus notes in the finish.
